How much does shipping cost?

For prints, the flat rate for expedited shipping is $19. For calendars, if you’re only ordering one, you also have the choice of selecting oversized lettermail for the flat rate of $6.

Where do you ship to?

I ship anywhere within Canada. Depending on demand, I may or may not be able to ship internationally in the future. If you live outside Canada and wish I could ship internationally, please let me know. It will be useful to know how much demand there is.

Do you offer local pickup?

Since I work from my home studio, I like to maintain some privacy so local pickup is only possible if we already know each other.

How are prints and calendars shipped?

My 8″x10″ and 11″x17″ prints are placed on backing boards and slipped into clear bags with protective closures. They’re then mailed flat in rigid mailers.

Calendars are mailed flat in rigid mailers as well. Unless you order more than one, in which case they may come in a box.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Prints are made on demand, so it takes up to ten working days to process your order. Prints are then shipped from the west coast of Canada, so the arrival time depends on your location.

If you’d like to order a print as a gift but it won’t get there on time, please reach out to me and I can provide you with a digital gift notice to share in the meantime.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

As a very small business, I’m unfortunately unable to provide refunds or exchanges. Please choose your prints carefully!
